Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy is provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note the following important conditions:

1. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
